I lost my phone and do not know my Apple ID can you help?

How can I find my iPhone if I don’t know my Apple ID?

Thank you! That helped however it is asking for a phone number to send a verification to, I lost my phone so they can't sent it to my number- I can send it to my sister however does it have to be the number that my apple ID is connected to?

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple - An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find -

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
