How to recover Android messages without using Move to iOS

Can someone assist me, I cannot use move to iOS as iPhone is already set up (i can only use Move to iOS by resetting my phone but I do not want to do that).

Ive used SMS Restore on android and got the sms backed up in xls format but cannot find an app in Apple i can download to recover those messages using the xls file..

Really regret switching to iPhone. Android data transfer was so easy, like a flash drive, plug transfer and go. Here you have to use ******* iTunes or iCloud so ******** annoying..
