Hi! Everytime I make a video it say my storage is full (but not when I take picture). This is strange since I have payed for 2TB and I looked there is a lot of free space and iCloud photos is on.
what can I do? I am in Dubai on vacation and I would really like to make videos, this is very upsetting.

You need to have the space on the phone to save it before it can be sync'd to iCloud Photos.
Settings, General, iPhone Storage, look for recommendations including optimised storage.
