How do I unban my Apple ID account

It won’t allow me to purchase games or get games because my account has been deemed banned/disbaned-I have credit on my phone but it also says the same thing.

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
