I would like to switch store and haven't been able to spend the last 0.12$ credit I have in my account.
How can i spend the remaining balance!!?

In order to resolve your issue with your Apple ID balance, I would recommend contacting Apple Support; they should be able to assist with removing the remaining balance and allow the country/region change.
Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:
