I didn't receive a refund for a random subscription

On March 4th, I was charged 79.99 for the Duolingo app. I wrote to the support team on the 4th of March to return the money, because the purchase was accidental. Today, the fifth of March, I received a message in the mail that the money was returned to my card. but no money. no money, no subscription to Duolingo. It turns out that the subscription was canceled, and the money was not returned. please return my money to me

It's a really bad idea to post your email address/ID in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to spam and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.

Once you request a refund online and/or by calling Apple Support, there is a 48hr timeframe where the requested refund is reviewed, then either approved or denied.


If you receive confirmation that your refund request was approved, the refund timeframe begins the day you received email confirmation it was approved. You should expect the funds to be returned back onto the original card used within a few business days; it may take up to thirty days to appear on your bank statement as a refund and/or credit adjustment.


If you do not receive your refund and it has exceeded 30 days since the refund was approved, you may contact your bank to locate the funds. If your bank is unable to resolve the issue, contact Apple Support.
