Please fix my phone because I can’t answer my calls

If the issue is you are not notified of calls, then:


If the issue persists, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and try again. 


If you still have issues, contact your carrier: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support.

Based on Personal Experience:


A. It may be the Carrier:

I was having this issue the other day in my location. Turns out, it was affecting others in the district --thens of thousands of other customers. So, it may be a glitch on the Carrier's side that they are trying to fix.


B. Troubleshooting "No Service":

Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
