airpod pros

My ear detection is off or my airpods however they still stop the music when they are touched or moved or when they fall. what do i do?

Troubleshooting Automatic AirPod Connections:


Try the Following...

I. Turn Off Automatic Head Detection:

  1. Go here: Change AirPods Audio Settings on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Turn off Automatic Head Detection or Automatic Ear Detection.
  3. Proceed form these as necessary


No Success?...

II. Disable Bluetooth:

Have no reason to use Bluetooth while not using these? If so, disable Bluetooth on the device you're connecting these too. All would not be detected.
