I have the AirPods second generation, the sound is imbalanced on the right airpod and it is damaged because I believe water went inside, I have a warranty until November 23rd 2022 so if I come to the Apple store will they replace or fix my device?

Take it to a Retailer:
Take these to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a mobile device. Retailers have these.
Yes, defiantly go get them replaced. I would recommend making an appointment on the apple website so that you won't have to wait as long.
