It’s broken and not working with mega safe charger
You may want to contact Apple about a replacement if it is a defective product, but if it broke because you dropped it, then most likely you will have to buy a new one.

P.S. personally I wouldn't recommend apple's case. I love the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Mag.
