Unknown accessory detected alert on the phone

I am getting alert on my phone when I am by myself with no other friends with iPhone accessory.i carry my AirPods with me. I checked my belongings and could not find any other accessory like airtag.what is this unknown accessory. Could it be my AirPod. How do I confirm that there is no one tracking me with something like airtag. Can it be due too family sharing feature on my phone. Can I disable this alert or tracking. Need some info to have peace of my mind
