Unable to restore iPhone

Hello! I have a iPhone 8. I would like restoure it but I can not do because I have get the Error 4010. What I can do?

Are you sure it is error 4010? This is a listing of Update & Restore errors and it is not listed there. iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support Can you provide more information? Are you trying to restore via iTunes or Finder?

The Error have been refered as "unknown error"
