how do you get the microphone to work after an "update"
The fault message is "the microphone is being used by another application"

You can check -> go to -> Settings -> tap Privacy -> tap Microphone.
On the next screen you see a list of installed apps that have previously requested access to your microphone.
Each app has a switch to turn it On of Off.
