Uhm

I have an subscription for more iCloud storage I already downgraded it so I thought it would automatically cancel it but I guess it didn’t and I can’t get anything because the card that was on file for the subscription isn’t working anymore I already tried to remove the card but as u figured since this is apple it’s not working. Please help I tried everything
