When will Siri be available for Netherlands (English)?

I am surprised that setting Apple TV to English with US or UK Apple store account allows a person to enable Siri but setting it to English with Dutch Apple store account doesn’t.

Only Dutch Apple store account with Dutch language allows Apple TV to enable Siri.

The Netherlands is the top country with English proficiency and also with quite a large number of internationals.

How come having the language of English with Dutch Apple store account restricts using Siri on Apple TV?

I hope Apple sees the issue here and acts to fix it.

Who cares which country’s Apple store account is getting used as long as the language is English.
