How to get an Apple ID password changed so I can open an app I want to use. I can’t remember my password I am using now

To solve your issue see How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK), If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK) and Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK).
