iPhone 13 split screen???
I’ve been getting this split screen thingy but I can’t put tabs in it. Anyone knows for what purpose this is?

It is not a split screen feature, that is called Reachability. When you swipe down inside the dock the top part of the screen will move down to allow you to touch the screen items that are toward the top of the screen. This aids in one-handed operation of phones with large screens. You can tap inside the blank area at the top to restore the screen to its normal position.
