Apple music not work in different country

My friend purchased Apple music with family sharing. I’m a part of that family. When I was in India my apple music going well. Now I live in Canada and I changed my apple id region from India to canada.

I’m still a part of that family sharing but my apple music is not working. They ask me to purchase new subscription why?

Family sharing only works if you’re in the same region as the subscription owner. You’ll need your own individual subscription, there’s no working around it, unfortunately.
