Request titanium Apple Card without iPhone
I need to request and activate a physical titanium Apple Card but I do not own any apple product (iPhone, Mac, smartwatch). How can I do it? The card is already approved.

Sorry, there is no option to do that; also, you will not be able to use the Apple Card for anything except for purchases directly from Apple. See the following from How to apply for Apple Card - Apple Support
If you apply online and don't add Apple Card to an eligible iPhone or iPad that you own, you can only use it to make eligible purchases online and in-store at Apple.2
