left AirPod only works for 15 minutes

One of my EarPods (left) works for just 15 minutes despite apparently being fully charged. I have reset the airpod.

only my left airpod work even both are fully charged I've reset my airpods multiple times, however only the left airpod is working. The right one does not have any sound coming out of it.

Looks like a hardware problem. You might have to replace the left one.
