Why is my ipad beeping

Check to see if this beeping relates to an unknown alarm or timer set up on your iPad.

Set an alarm on iPad:

• Open the Clock application.
• Tap Alarm.
• Tap Edit to change or delete an alarm.

Use the timer or stopwatch on iPad

• Open the Clock application.
• Tap Timer.
• Tap Cancel to stop any active timers.

If there are no alarms or timers that correlate with this beeping sound, we suggest restarting your iPad to see if that helps: Restart your iPad.

Should the issue continue after the above is completed, feel free to reply back with responses to the questions below:

-Which iPad model are you using? Which specific software version (Settings > General > About)?

-Do you notice if the beeping sound correlates with any events or notifications received on your iPad? Do you see any new notifications in the Notification Center? View and respond to notifications on iPad

-Under Settings > Sounds, can you run through and listen to each of the tones under the Sounds section to see if you can identify if the beeping sound is the same as any specific tone? That can help us check if anything is set up with that specific tone to perhaps isolate further.
