Cancelling a payment

I would like to cancel the payment of 174.99 that was made yesterday. I have signed up to something I thought was going to be a monthly charge of £7.49 a month for 24 months I didn't expect the whole payment to come out and was not given an option. Please can you reimburse this. I have explained this to eHarmony but they have said I need to come directly to itunes themselves to do this. Can you help me please?
