why did my touch id my passcode and my app store disappeared?

how can i get back my passcode my touch id (i cant find it in settings) and my appstore back?

Any chance, there are restrictions set up in ScreenTime?

If those apps and settings are restricted, they can't be found on the device.

Disable the restrictions and you will get the AppStore and the TouchID settings back.
