Itunes not connecting

I am having issues with iTunes, it will not connect and i cannot play music or gain access to playlists

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Similar questions

iTunes will not connect Will not play music. Just says "connecting...". I tried restarting application and computer. Issue still not resolved.
