i went to Apple store even they are not sure what is the issue. They just suggested me to buy a new one.

Troubleshooting AirPods Microphone:

A. Get a Full Charge:

Go Here: Charge your AirPods with Charging Case and Learn About Battery Life - Apple Support

B. Get Debris Out:

Use a microfiber cloth to clean the microphone part end.

C. Volume Input:

Check the Input items on your iPhone: if your Microphone isn’t Working or People Can’t Hear you While you’re on a Call
