AirPods mic not working on calls but working perfectly while playing games on phone!
i went to Apple store even they are not sure what is the issue. They just suggested me to buy a new one.

A. Get a Full Charge:

B. Get Debris Out:
Use a microfiber cloth to clean the microphone part end.
