Safari browser vs ….?

I have read many blogs and have seen a lot of websites. Most of them say that Safari is just fine for IPhone. No need to use another browser. Personally I wouldn’t use Chrome if you paid me, MS Edge is very nice in my opinion, but more or less on a PC.

What is the safest most secure browser or what browser do you recommend where I won’t say into my phone a restaurant or store and then all of a sudden see ads for that ? What Browser do you recommend ?
