Wifi and Bluetooth not working.

purchased a brand new iphone 11 and recieved it firday afternoon, set up saturday with a transfer from my old phone. All updated etc. and then Wifi is greyed out and Bluetooth not working, How do I either fix this or get a replacement?

If this is a brand new phone and you purchased from Apple, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. If you purchased from another source, you need to check their return policy. If Wi-fi and Bluetooth are both out, that would indicate a hardware problem.
