short codes being blocked
My new iPhone 13 can't receive short code texts from T-Mobile. Did the Airplane Mode thing and that hasn't worked. T-Mobile after 2 hours and 5 different people were no help.
Any suggestions ?

I have the same issues. T-Mobile directed me to apple to try and get the issue fixed. I’ve tried multiple time resetting my phone and even exchange my iPhone 13 for another one. There is still no fix. I barely got the phone like 2 weeks ago.
