Open the "Find My" application located in your Applications folder:

Finding iPhone on a Mac:

Alternative to Find My: If Messages is set up on the Mac alongside the iPhone, send you self a message, seeing if you hear the iPhone notify you (likely a ding, by default). If you hear it then, it is close by.
