My phone recently went into over temperature protect mode and it might have caused me to miss an important phone call. I need access to the master activity log so that I can provide evidence or find out what went wrong.

Contact Apple Support for assistance with this iPhone, if this was not an isolated incident involving excessive ambient temperatures. Check your voicemail for any missed calls.
Go to the Phone App > Recents. It will show the log.
