32 bit apps do not run on 64-bit-only operating systems. MacOS Catalina and newer versions are 64-bit-only.

Check with the app developer to see if they have a 64 bit version of their app.

Follow previous advise and to find the 32 Bit Applications quickly Go64 - safe to use.
