Earbuds with iphone 13 pro

Hi,

I am listening to music by using my earbuds (that is connected to my new iphone 13 pro) and that's completely fine on music. During this time, if I have an incoming call and I receive that call by touching my iPHONE13 pro, my earbuds become automatically disconnected. I can hear voice only on phone, not in my earbud if I respond to any incoming call by touching my phone, not touching earbuds. Why is that? Please let me know.

Try settings, Accessibility, Touch, Call audio routing.

Automatic normally works but try bluetooth headset.

If it works, also test it without the buds connected to make sure you get it normally.

Hi, I answer the call from the iPhone display, the phone call audio does not route to the Bluetooth accessory (earbud what I was using to listen to music). But if I receive that call by touching my earbud touch, on that time I can hear voice in my earbud. My Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing is set to Automatic.

Is it normal to happen with Iphone 13 pro system?
