I have not been able to share my screen on Google Meet

I have not been able to share my screen lately with folks on Google meetings and other sharing platforms including zoom and discord. Each time I share my screen, they can't see what I am presenting. I have googled a whole lot about fixing this issue by I can't find a perfect answer to help me solve my problems. My software is up to date and I have cross-checked to make sure all options about screen sharing that is visible to me have been set correctly. Please check out the screenshots below.

We see that need help to share your screen with third-party apps. We’d be happy to share some information with you.

System Preferences > Sharing allows other computers on your network to access your computers screen. System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen recording allows third-party apps to record and share your screen. Based on what you’ve told us, Screen Sharing does not need to be enabled to share your screen with third-party apps, but Screen Recording does.

It looks like the apps you mentioned have permission to record your screen. There may be additional settings within the apps to allow screen recording. We recommend reaching out to the app developers for more help. How to contact an app developer

Turn Mac screen sharing on or off

Change Privacy preferences on Mac

Thanks for the reply. I have googled a whole lot. Can't even fix the issue till now and I will not want to risk resetting my PC over a very small issue which I might not know my whereabouts on it for now.
