Random NO NAME Drive appears on desktop

I suddenly have a random NO NAME drive that appears on my desktop. Several days ago I did use a brand new USB stick that had booted as NO NAME. I copied some files onto it and ejected it. Everything was normal for an external USB stick.

Now about a week later, I have a NO NAME disc icon appear on my desktop.

When I eject it, it disappears for a second and then pops right back up again.

I tried restarting.... no change

I restated in Safe Mode... no change

I used Disk Utility to eject it ( basically unmounting it ) .... it was gone.... but on restart it was back.

Any other suggestions on how to get rid of this permanently?

I wait for your wisdom.

Discovered the issue. The culprit was a headset that was being charged using this computer. It's an EarCity headset that I've had for about a year. This is the first time it was being charged by plugging into this iMac. I've charged it using other macs at home and at my office. None of them have this icon show up. For some reason this iMac wants to also read it as a USB flash drive while none of the others do.

Unplug the headset and the icon goes away. So mystery solved.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

Yes, it does show up as the FAT file system, similar to a regular USB. Just interesting that it only shows up on this iMac. I just tried it on 2 other machines and it does nothing. But plug it back into the iMac and it appears again.

I guess it's one of those mysteries of life. But at least I know what it is and it's gone.

Thanks
