Cannot reset security questions We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

Somebody gained access to my account so I just want to delete it. I don't use any Apple products so half of the suggestions I've seen aren't even relevant to me. I've gone around in a circle for what has to be at least fifty times and all I keep getting is
