What is the best option for Apple Music in a "family plan" if "the family" is only two people?

The plan works identically for from 2 to 6 people. The adminstrator of the plan simply invites the other person and they elect to join. Their existing subscription, if they have one, is cancelled and the unused part of it refunded.
