i can’t find smpt or pop3 settings on my iPad Air running iOS 15.3.2

iPadOS 15.3.1 is current.

You should find your Mail account settings, for SMTP (send) mail, here:

Settings > Mail > Accounts > [email account] > [account] > [Outgoing Mail Server] SMTP > [Primary Server] >

Did you see my reply? I still can’t find the SMPT setting. Google says the same thing you said.

but it’s not there. Mail>accounts > email account is not there. When I go there I get this.
