If the mac is connected to the same apple id of the iphone hotspot doesn't work

Hi, I recently connected to my Mac the same Apple ID as my iPhone, because was previously connected to another Apple id, but it doesn't connect to the hotspot, but if I log out from the Apple ID it works.

Also continuity doesn't work it gives me this error "kStateErr", it only works If I copy something from the iPhone and paste it on the Mac.

What can I do for these problems?
