Hi,

Those are other accounts someone created. To view them, go to System Preferences > Users & Groups and it will list them. That is also where you can delete them, if you're sure you don't need them. Click the lock to make changes > enter your password > select an account > click the minus sign at the bottom of the window. Remember, everything in the deleted account will be gone, so make sure you don't want what's in it before deleting it.

For correctness - Memory = RAM which is always being used and emptied as the computer needs.

Drive Capacity is a FIXED amount and does not change. The Empty Space on the FIXED Space on the internal drive is what is really the issue IMHO

If this contain is not fixed very soon, the computer may Stop Booting up at All.

Good computer practices dedicate to keep at least 15% - 20% of the Drive Total Capacity as Empty Space for good operations of the computer and for additional updates to install.
