My iPhone has lost the App Store app. What happens?

The first line below the search is the App Store. Just tap on that icon.

However, as it appears you are in Russia, Apple has suspended all business in Russia so the app store won’t work.

Yes I am from Russia, but I don’t live there 7 month, I live in another country
