How do i get the title field to always show up on my iphone or ipad contacts?
Also, how do i get the phone to default to mobile phone vs home phone?
Is there some way to edit the standard template on my address book???
Note: I store all of my addresses on exchange account (vs icloud) because i found the iPhone was unstable when they were all in the iphone but I’m hoping this distinction should not matter.

If your contacts are synced from another service they will need to be updated there, and their behavior may changed based on where they're stored: Use other contact accounts on iPhone
Also, currently, it is not possible to control what fields populate automatically and what fields have to be added case by case.

So essentially every time I add a business contact to my iPhone and they have a title, I need to manually go down and add the title field and then fill it in because you’re telling me there is absolutely no way for me to set up a standard contact template that says any new contact has a first name or last name a company AND a title field? That seems really wonky.
