How do I retrieve my already existing iTunes/allow account?
Am I able to retrieve my already existing iTunes account or old apple account?

Yes. The accounts do not go away.. You can still log in. If you forgot your password, go to appleid.apple.com and click the "Forgot..." link. If it doesn't work and you need to call out the big guns, see the procedure in here:
