Can't send money to a friend using Apple Pay linked to a PNC Debit card. Error message says Payment Not Completed because it was declined by PNC Bank, NA. Any help or support with this will be appreciated? I tried restarting the phone, removing the card and adding it again but both options didn't work.

If you're trying to send money directly from your debit card in Apple Pay, and you see a message that the payment couldn't be completed because it was declined by your bank, contact your bank or card issuer.
