I have an XS, dipped it in water, front camera was blurred due to vapors inside, dried it up using a blowdryer, front camera was fixed. But Face ID still isn’t working, even bitmoji and Snapchat works, I tried resetting Face ID but in vain.

Take it to a Retailer:
Take it to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.
