Blocking multiple phone numbers
I get tens of calls daily from 603.310.#### where each #### is unique. How can I block the entire range of phone numbers like from 603.310.0000 trough 603.310.9999?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Currently, there is not a way to mass block contacts in a series of numbers. You can block these numbers individually from the Phone app by tapping Recents, then the info button by the phone number or name, then 'Block this Caller'. Check out Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can also add numbers to your blocked contacts by going to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts > Edit. Scroll to the bottom and select Add New.
