How can I active the iPhone 12 pro ? I got one from my friend but I can't active it after upgrade newest iOS , my friend can't not remember his id because its was made by seller and he did care about it during his usage. Now the phone cannot be active after upgrading new IOS firmware, with the id d*****@icloud.com . Plz guide how to active it ? Tks a lot .
If your friend is the original owner, have them contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.

You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
