I am trying to cancel my Paramount plus subscription and it will not let me do it

To cancel subscriptions that are attached and billed through your Apple ID account you would follow the steps in this article: How to cancel a subscription from Apple. You didn't mention which device you're using to cancel the subscription, so please open that link and locate the correlating instructions for whichever device you're using.

After you cancel a subscription, it will remain on your Subscriptions page there, however it would appear under the 'Expired' section vs. the 'Active' section.
