Why the Issue?

Your Camera is Ungenuine or is Broken:

A. Was this Already Replaced?:

If already replaced, then return it, requesting that the servers person(s) place a genuine camera in there. They should have known better.

A. If Damaged:

Contact Apple Support, an AASP, or Retailer to get it serviced:

• Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
