This regarding a issue that I am facing with the notes app. When I try editing a PDF in notes it shows like the photo that I have attached. It asks for some password but I have not even created a password for something like this. Please look after this issue and reply soon.

In all likelihood, that document is originally password protected. Without knowing that password, you are not allowed to save it with your changes.
