So disappointed. Have new iPad mini 6 and typed medical report and it won’t send by email and I can’t cut and paste in an actual email. So back to 2013. Disappointing

I have a new iPad mini6 . With the old 2013 one I could type a note in notes and email it to a friend or at worst copy it and paste in an email. Now the email comes up as unable to display, change format. HOW?

Back to the 2013 one, retype the lot and email. Things didn’t get better with the new and expensive Christmas gift.

The Apple Support App is free. You will connect and chat with An Apple Support person who will help you step by step in how to solve your medical report problem.

I have used it and solved my iPad issues. They are very helpful.

The Get Support up on top is free too. The same thing and you don’t have to download the app. Neither of these cost and are the simplest way.

Another app means more and more costs and no skills to use it.
